  • What happens next: We’ll do our best to make changes or cancel your order, but if it has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to.
  • If canceled in time, You’ll get a full refund, including shipping.

📦 Return Policy

To protect all customers and ensure product safety, we generally do not accept returns of supplements.

Exceptions:

  • If requested by us, we may ask you to return a product for quality checks. We’ll provide instructions and a prepaid return label.
  • International orders: Returns are not accepted.
  • Safe Disposal: In some cases, we may request that you dispose of the product safely instead of returning it.

💥 What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

We pack every order carefully, but sometimes accidents happen in shipping.

If your item is damaged, please get in touch with us right away with:

  • A photo of the damaged product and packaging
  • A photo of the batch number and expiry date (found on the bottom of the bottle)
  • Your order ID (e.g., WN#####)

We’ll review your case and let you know if a refund or replacement is possible.
