- Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Need to Make a Change? Please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can only make changes before your order is processed.
Once you place your order, we’ll confirm your payment, carefully pack your items, and prepare them for shipping.

International Shipping
- Delivery Time: Usually takes 14–30 business days, depending on your country.
- Possible Delays: Customs checks or local postal service issues may cause delays that are beyond our control.

- After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Didn’t see it? Please check your spam folder and add support@wellnessnest.co to your contacts list.
- You can also track your package directly on our website using your tracking number.
⚠️ Shipping Problems & What to Do
✏️ Incorrect Address
- Before Shipping: You have 12 hours to contact us with corrections.
- After Shipping: We can’t update the address once it’s shipped.
- Orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error can’t be refunded or reshipped.
⏱️ Delayed Orders
- If your package is taking longer than expected, please get in touch with us with your order number. We’ll reach out to the carrier on your behalf.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t get it:
- First, check with neighbors or your local post office.
- We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered to the correct address.
- Tip: To prevent theft, consider shipping to a secure location, such as a P.O. Box or your workplace.

- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout.
- Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, even with our money-back guarantee.
🌍 Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)
- Your country may charge customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
- These are your responsibility and must be paid to receive your package.
- We don’t control or refund these fees.
